Every day in the gym, I remind myself - aaj thoda aur strong banna hai (today, I have to get a bit stronger). Some days you're smashing PRs, other days you struggle with the basics. It’s all part of the game. I’ve learned that discipline, respect for your coach (Guru ka samman), and showing up with your team makes all the difference.

What Training With Me Looks Like

  • We focus first on the basics - squats, deadlifts, bench, overhead press. These lifts are the backbone of any barbell strength program.
  • If you want to build muscle, I bring in muscle hypertrophy training to help you change your body, not just your numbers.
  • Conditioning isn’t ignored - stamina matters as much as strength, especially on those long days.
  • Total newbies and experienced lifters both fit in - everyone follows the same principles: technique first, hard work always.

  • I make your workout and nutrition plan just for you. No copy-paste stuff here.

My Story

Namaste, I’m Pooja Sharma. Powerlifting is my life, medals for India are blessings, but real strength is faith, guru ji Ashish Bhandari, and my Vis Orbit gym family. Har yug guru ke aage shishya ka sar jhukta hai. Some days you win, some days you feel useless, dukh vi apne sukh vi apne. Friends tease me about getting fit-unfit, maybe nazar lag gayi, haha! I just keep pushing for a better tomorrow. Jai Shree Ram.
