Training & Supervision
- Dedication: 1-on-1 floor coaching for approx. 60 minutes per session.
- Frequency: 3 to 4 supervised sessions per week (Total 12 to 16 sessions/month).
- Workout Style: Hypertrophy-focused bodybuilding mixed with basic compound movements.
- Form Correction: Constant manual spotting and immediate tactile cues for safety.
- Cardio Integration: Supervision of treadmill work for warm-up and cool-down.
Nutrition & Planning
- Diet Chart: Basic meal plan focused on macros (Protein/Carb/Fat balance) suited for Indian households.
- Adjustments: Bi-weekly check-ins on weight and visual progress with diet tweaks.
- Supplement Advice: Recommendations for Whey protein, BCAAs, or pre-workout brands.
The Coach Experience
- Motivation: High-energy, vocal encouragement.
- Access: Chat support for doubts regarding soreness or diet slips.
- Gym Access: Coaching fee only; facility membership usually paid separately.
Professional Powerlifting Coaching (SBD)
Technical Coaching
- Core Lifts Focus: Deep technical breakdown of Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift.
- Programming: Customized periodized training blocks (Hypertrophy, Strength, Peaking phases).
- Video Analysis: Recording of top sets for bar-path analysis and cueing.
- Sessions: 3 to 5 days per week of supervised lifting.
Competition Prep & Handling
- Gear Guidance: Expert advice on selecting powerlifting gear like lever belts and flat-sole shoes.
- Rules Coaching: Instruction on federation-specific commands to prevent disqualification.

- Fueling Strategy: Diet plan focused on strength recovery and weight-class management.
- Meet Day: Guidance on electrolyte loading and carb-loading before heavy sessions.

Every day in the gym, I remind myself - aaj thoda aur strong banna hai (today, I have to get a bit stronger). Some days you're smashing PRs, other days you struggle with the basics. It’s all part of the game. I’ve learned that discipline, respect for your coach (Guru ka samman), and showing up with your team makes all the difference.
What Training With Me Looks Like
- We focus first on the basics - squats, deadlifts, bench, overhead press. These lifts are the backbone of any barbell strength program.
- If you want to build muscle, I bring in muscle hypertrophy training to help you change your body, not just your numbers.
- Conditioning isn’t ignored - stamina matters as much as strength, especially on those long days.
- Total newbies and experienced lifters both fit in - everyone follows the same principles: technique first, hard work always.

Namaste, I’m Pooja Sharma. Powerlifting is my life, medals for India are blessings, but real strength is faith, guru ji Ashish Bhandari, and my Vis Orbit gym family. Har yug guru ke aage shishya ka sar jhukta hai. Some days you win, some days you feel useless, dukh vi apne sukh vi apne. Friends tease me about getting fit-unfit, maybe nazar lag gayi, haha!
