Weight Training for Real Strength
Fitness is therapy, and lifting is how I stay grounded. Whether you're a beginner or pushing for PRs, we build strength that changes your mind and body.
Mastering the deadlift is a key milestone in strength training. I guide my clients through each step, ensuring safe technique to build confidence and power from the ground up.
The bench press is a fundamental exercise for building upper body strength. In this clip from a typical gym session, I'm focusing on controlled movement to engage the chest, shoulders, and triceps effectively.
Using cable machines allows us to target specific muscle groups with constant tension. Here, I'm performing a seated row variation to strengthen the back muscles, which is crucial for posture and overall stability.
About Weight Training for Real Strength
Don't worry about being perfect from Day 1. In these sessions, we focus on foundational form—like getting your deadlift hinges right and controlling your bench press—before we add weight. It’s not about how much you lift, but how disciplined your movement is. You show up, we fix your form together, and you get stronger every single week.
My SASS Method
Strength isn't just about big muscles; it's about building a body that supports your life. My SASS (Strength, Attitude, Stability, Soul) approach ensures you're not just moving weight, but moving well.
- Foundation First: We start with the basics. If your deadlift setup is off, no amount of weight will help. I prioritize safe technique so you avoid injury.
- Mind-Muscle Connection: This is your therapy. When we focus on the seated row or the bench press, we aren't just engaging muscles; we’re engaging the mind.
- Online But Personal: Whether you are in Noida or anywhere else, I watch your form closely. We use live video to ensure your posture is solid.
