- Desi Nutrition Plan: Strict macro-calculated diet focusing on home-cooked meals (Roti, Dal, Chicken) and eliminating junk food.
- Supplement Advice: Recommendations on essentials like Whey and Creatine tailored to client budget.
Remote Support
- Weekly Check-ins: Dedicated review day via WhatsApp for weight, photos, and training log analysis.
- Form Correction: Remote analysis of client-submitted videos to correct lifting technique.
- Query Resolution: Text-based support for diet or workout questions.

Training Logistics
- Location: Service provided on-floor at Fitness Flame gym.

- Safety Spotting: Physical assistance during heavy compound lifts like Squats and Bench Press.
- Technique Correction: Real-time posture and grip adjustments to prevent injury and maximize engagement.
- Progressive Overload: Manual tracking of lifted weights to ensure consistent strength gains.

- Basic Diet: Includes structural dietary guidelines to support training.
- Gym Fee: Gym membership is separate and payable directly to the facility.
Intense Body Transformation (6 Days / Week)
High-Volume Training
- Frequency: 6 days per week (Mon-Sat) for maximum training volume.
- Advanced Methods: Use of drop sets, supersets, and forced reps under supervision to break plateaus.
- Periodization: Structured cycles (Bulking vs Cutting) based on body goals.

- Meal Verification: Requirement to share photos of every meal via WhatsApp for 100% adherence.
