My Fitness Journey and Inspiration
Fitness is my therapy, my sukoon (peace), and my daily reset. I am a 43-year-old mom who turned fitness into a lifestyle, and here is how I help women build strength, discipline, and a bulletproof mindset.
The 75 Hard Challenge was a journey of pure mental and physical discipline. It taught me that if you can conquer your own mind, you can conquer anything, and I bring that lesson to every client I train.
Turning 43 was a milestone I celebrated by proving I'm stronger than ever. This is my proof that age doesn't stop us; we are in control of how we change and grow.
I love celebrating fitness within my community, like at this "Rangsaree" event where I won a 5 minute planking competition. It's about finding strength and empowerment in every part of life.
I will not let age change me; I will change the way I age. This adventurous jump is a symbol of my philosophy to live life fully and fearlessly, using my physical strength to embrace new experiences.
This collage represents the four pillars of my happiness: Bhakti (devotion), Workout, Healthy Food, and Travel. My training approach is holistic, aiming to build a life that is strong, peaceful, and fulfilling in every way.
A regular workout is one of the best ways to release your happy hormones like serotonin. This balance exercise is a simple example of a mood boosting activity that improves your overall sense of well being.
About My Journey & Inspiration
When I took on the 75 Hard challenge, it wasn't about the mirror. It was about conquering my mind and proving that age is just a number. Whether you are looking for post-partum recovery, weight loss, or just want to find your rhythm again, my approach is simple: no excuses, only effort. I teach you how to train so that you inspire four others to do the same.
Beyond the Workout
Training with me is not just about counting reps. It is about building a routine that you can stick to, even on the days you don't feel like moving. My methodology, the SASS method, focuses on real functional strength—deadlifts, squats, and core stability—that makes daily life easier and safer.
Why My Approach Works for Women
I understand the challenges of being a woman in her 40s—balancing home, work, and health.
- Mental Resilience: We use breathwork and discipline to release serotonin and manage stress.
- Adaptable Training: We train in group sessions online, using minimal equipment like dumbbells or just bodyweight. You do not need a fancy gym to build a strong body.
- Community: My classes aren't solitary. We are a tribe that celebrates every plank record, every weight milestone, and every healthy meal choice.
Let’s Get Started
My programs are designed for women who are ready to stop waiting for the 'perfect time' and start making their own changes. Whether we are focusing on aerial yoga, core stability, or strength training, we do it with the belief that we are capable of more than we think. If you are in Noida and want a coach who honestly believes in you, you have found your tribe. Shukrana for letting me be a part of your fitness journey.
