About Join My Classes & Workshops
In our Mysore-style sessions, you move at your own pace while I observe and offer individual adjustments. This is not a generic group class where you mimic the teacher; it is a personalized process where I help you build your own practice, pose by pose, just as it is taught in Mysore.
Why Mysore Style?
The Mysore method allows you to practice at your own rhythm. It removes the pressure of keeping up with a fast-paced led class. Instead, you develop a relationship with the sequence, allowing your breath to dictate the movement. Beginners often worry about being flexible or fit, but you learn the postures one by one, building strength and internal heat safely.
What to Expect
Classes are held in HSR Layout or online, scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Whether you join the morning or evening batch, you get consistent, individualized attention. For in-person students, this means hands-on physical adjustments that help you find the correct alignment. For online students, I provide verbal corrections to ensure you are practicing safely at home.
Our Community & Tradition
We follow the lineage of Guruji Sharath Jois. This is not about achieving perfect shapes; it is about building a stable foundation through svadhyaya (self-study). We maintain a supportive shala environment where the collective energy helps you show up on the mat, even on the days when motivation is low.
