About Corporate Yoga & Wellness
Why I Bring Yoga to Workspaces
As someone who designs buildings and teaches yoga, I know how easy it is for the mind and body to get out of sync, especially with meetings and deadlines non-stop. I started these sessions to help teams find a breather in the middle of their workday—not just a break, but a way to actually feel better and work better.
What My Sessions Look Like
- Chair yoga and office yoga stretches right at your desk. No need for mats or sportswear. We loosen up stiff necks, shoulders, and backs from all that sitting.
- Gentle flows for anyone who wants a bit more movement. No pressure to get things perfect—it's about moving and feeling good.
- Breathwork (pranayama) and Yoga Nidra for guided relaxation. These help with workplace stress reduction and quieting the mind, even if your inbox is overflowing.
What Your Team Gets Out of It
- A real pause to recenter and breathe, not just another checkbox in an employee wellness program.
- Relief from those nagging aches of a desk job.
- More focus and mental clarity after a session.
- A chance for the team to connect in a new way, without the usual work talk.
Sessions are rooted in authentic practice, drawing from traditional Ashtanga parampara. I offer both online and in-person options across Bengaluru, so teams here or remote can join in. If your team’s new to mindfulness at work, we keep it simple and approachable—no jargon, just what actually helps.

My Story
I’m Sanjana, started as an architect but yoga pulled me in, full heart. Mysore trips are my penance, and learning from Guruji Sharath Jois is everything. Level 2 authorised, I dig deep into tradition—parampara means a lot. Did my MSc in Yoga, even dived into Sanskrit just so I could read the Gita with feeling. Off the mat, I’m all about ragi idiyappam, vegan experiments, and quiet mountain walks with family. Yoga, food, nature—sab kuch ek hi hai (it’s all one).
My Work
Traditional Ashtanga Yoga Classes - I teach Mysore-style Ashtanga Yoga online and in Bangalore, plus yoga therapy for arthritis and insomnia.
Personalised Mysore-Style Practice - Classes at my home-shala, with individual adjustments. Beginners, seniors—sab welcome (everyone’s welcome).
Inner Journey Focus - Not chasing poses—using asana to clear friction and find truth inside. It’s about growing within.
Holistic Living - Yoga flows into daily life—food, discipline, self-compassion. Satvic cooking and mindful habits matter.
