This practice asks us to find balance between strength and surrender. Here, in an arm balance, I am reminded that growth is often uncomfortable, but it is in taking these small, challenging steps that we build momentum and discover our inner fire.

The Mysore style of teaching is at the heart of what I offer. This video shows how I provide hands-on, personal guidance to a student in an inversion, ensuring safety and helping them deepen their practice at their own pace.

There is a powerful, collective energy when we practice together in the shala. This video from a led class in Mysore captures that feeling of togetherness, where students of all levels support each other's sadhana, or daily spiritual practice.

I am a Level 2 authorised teacher, having learned this tradition directly from my Guru, Sharath Jois, in Mysore. It is a privilege to carry this parampara, or lineage, forward and share these teachings as they were passed down to me.

Community is a vital part of the yoga journey. This was a small, soulful gathering for International Yoga Day, bringing together familiar faces and new smiles to share our energy, breath, and balance.

My practice extends beyond physical asanas into a holistic lifestyle. This includes yogic principles of nutrition and purification, like observing the Ekadashi fast, a sacred day for inner cleansing and spiritual upliftment.

I offer both online and offline Ashtanga Yoga classes for all levels. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, I invite you to join our community and enhance your inner journey.

The core of my teaching is the traditional Mysore style, where you move at your own pace while I provide individual attention. In the shala, we are not just learning poses; we are building a foundation of discipline and self-awareness. Whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your existing practice, my focus is on helping you find stability and breath control through hands-on adjustments or clear verbal cues. It is a personal journey supported by a collective energy.

Ashtanga is often mistaken for a series of rigid postures, but it is actually a therapeutic process—Yoga Chikitsa—that realigns the spine and detoxifies the system. I learned this lineage directly from Guruji Sharath Jois, and I teach it without shortcuts. My role is to help you build the structure of your own practice, day by day, breath by breath.

In HSR Layout, our shala is a dedicated community space designed to build internal heat. If you join online, I offer the same level of technical precision through real-time video, ensuring you understand the mechanics of every alignment. We practice Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I purposefully keep class sizes manageable so I can see you, know your body's limitations, and offer the right adjustments. We do not chase advanced postures; we chase consistency. If you have been curious about Ashtanga but worried about stiffness or lack of experience, please know that the tradition is inclusive. You show up, breathe, and trust the process. That is how the work is done.
