This practice asks us to find balance between strength and surrender. Here, in an arm balance, I am reminded that growth is often uncomfortable, but it is in taking these small, challenging steps that we build momentum and discover our inner fire.

The Mysore style of teaching is at the heart of what I offer. This video shows how I provide hands-on, personal guidance to a student in an inversion, ensuring safety and helping them deepen their practice at their own pace.

I am a Level 2 authorised teacher, having learned this tradition directly from my Guru, Sharath Jois, in Mysore. It is a privilege to carry this parampara, or lineage, forward and share these teachings as they were passed down to me.

Community is a vital part of the yoga journey. This was a small, soulful gathering for International Yoga Day, bringing together familiar faces and new smiles to share our energy, breath, and balance.

My practice extends beyond physical asanas into a holistic lifestyle. This includes yogic principles of nutrition and purification, like observing the Ekadashi fast, a sacred day for inner cleansing and spiritual upliftment.
