This is the only place in Bangalore where you will learn yoga straight from the shastras. Our offline classes are a space to dive deep into traditional Hatha yoga.

About Inside Our Group Classes
I keep my group batches small—around 10 to 15 students—because I want to watch your movement, not just show you the pose. You will find props like wooden bricks, cotton straps, and bolsters everywhere in the studio. We use them not to make things easier, but to make sure your spine stays aligned and you don't get injured while learning something new.
Group classes here are about consistency and the right guidance. When you step into our studio in Arekere, you aren't just following a video on a screen. You are learning the anatomy of each posture.

- Individual Attention: With a limited batch size, I provide hands-on adjustments. If your back is curving wrong in a forward bend or your alignment is off in Surya Namaskar, I am there to correct it.
- Prop-Based Learning: Many people avoid difficult poses because they lack flexibility. We use blocks, straps, and wall ropes to bridge that gap. This allows even beginners to hold poses longer and reap the actual therapeutic benefits.
- Sustainable Practice: We do not rush through flows to get a sweat. We focus on the 'Hatha' method—holding postures and breathing correctly. This is why our students see real, lasting changes in their strength, weight management, and hormonal health.
- Community Support: Yoga is better when you have a family. You will see students of all ages—kids, professionals, and seniors—practicing alongside each other. It creates a motivating environment where everyone pushes each other to show up every single day.
