Join our community sessions across Bengaluru where we practice mindful movement and breathwork. Whether you are starting out or looking to refine your form, my group classes offer a supportive space for your practice.

Here I am guiding a student through Trikonasana, or Triangle Pose, during a corporate wellness session. I focus on proper alignment to ensure you get the full benefits of each posture safely. These classes are a great way to build strength and flexibility.
