Welcome to Sanatan Yoga Studio. See the transformation our students have achieved through traditional, technique-focused Hatha Yoga. We focus on long-term health, not short-term trends.

This is my own transformation. I went from 95 kgs to 65 kgs and reversed my PCOD, not through extreme diets or workouts, but through the authentic practice of traditional yoga and sustainable lifestyle changes. I teach from my own experience because I know this path works.

This is what consistency looks like. My student lost 4.2 kgs and significant inches with traditional yoga. We focus on real, sustainable results without unnecessary drills, proving that the right technique is more powerful than just working out hard.

My students often tell me they finally understand the difference between "fancy yoga" and the traditional Hatha yoga we practice here. In this video, you can hear directly from them about the changes they've seen and why our approach feels different and more effective.

Many people perform Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) incorrectly, which can strain the back instead of opening the chest. I teach the actual technique, focusing on chest expansion for heart and lung health. Doing each movement right is the core of my teaching.

Mastering advanced asanas like the Scorpion Chinstand is a journey of building strength, flexibility, and core control. I guide my students step by step, ensuring they build the foundation needed to progress safely into such powerful poses.

A strong core is the foundation of a healthy yoga practice. Here, my students are working on leg raises in a group class, building abdominal strength in a controlled, mindful way. This is a glimpse into our daily practice at the studio.

Yoga is for har koi, everyone. Age is no barrier to starting your journey. This student, who is over 60, is a perfect example of how traditional yoga, practiced correctly with props for support, can build strength and balance at any stage of life.

I also bring the benefits of traditional yoga to the workplace. This clip is from a corporate yoga workshop where we focused on simple asanas and pranayama to help employees manage stress and correct their posture after long hours at a desk.
