From 80 kgs to 67 kgs in three months. This incredible transformation is a result of her dedication, consistent practice, and following the diet plan diligently. It's a pure example of how traditional yoga works.

This is a journey from 81 kgs to 60 kgs. We achieved this with only traditional Hatha Yoga and a simple Indian diet plan, focusing on fat loss, body strength, and mental relaxation without any stressful, high-intensity activities.

In the beginning, this student found it difficult to even lift her hips in Setubandhasana (Bridge Pose). After a few months of practice, her backbend has improved tremendously, showing a significant increase in back strength and flexibility.
