Learn the Correct Technique
Bahut log sirf pose bana lete hai, par technique galat hoti hai. I focus on teaching the correct alignment and movement for each asana to prevent injury and get the real benefits. This section includes tutorials and common mistake corrections.
Advanced Arm Balances & Inversions
Build upper body and core strength to master inversions and arm balances like headstands, handstands, and crow pose. I provide step-by-step guidance and use props to help you progress safely.
Advanced Backbends & Hip Openers
Open your heart and hips with deep backbends and flexibility postures. We work consistently on poses like Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) and Rajakapotasana (King Pigeon Pose) to improve spinal flexibility and release tension.
Flexibility & Foundational Poses
Consistency matters more than flexibility. We work on foundational poses to gradually improve your range of motion in the hamstrings, shoulders, and spine. This includes splits, forward bends, and various stretches.
Yogic Cleansing & Breathing (Kriyas & Pranayama)
Yoga is more than just asanas. We practice traditional cleansing techniques (Shatkarmas) and breathing exercises (Pranayama) to purify the body, calm the mind, and improve respiratory health. Home sessions for Shatkarma are also available.

I teach yoga the way it was meant to be, rooted in the ancient Yoga Sutras. My classes are about correct technique and mindful movement, not just fancy poses or Westernized exercises.
