This montage shows the variety within a single class at Shree Yoga Academy. We move from deep stretches and breathing exercises to coordinated group poses, ensuring a holistic practice.

From partner-assisted backbends to individual headstands, my classes offer a mix of collaborative and personal challenges. I provide hands-on adjustments to help students deepen their practice safely.

Students using yoga blocks to support them in Hanumanasana, the splits pose. Props are wonderful tools that help make advanced postures accessible to everyone, regardless of their current flexibility.

A student gracefully moves through a sequence of poses, including a deep backbend and forward fold. This demonstrates the flow and strength we build through regular practice in our classes.

This video highlights a student's impressive flexibility and control. From balancing in Tree Pose to executing a full split, her practice is a beautiful display of dedication.

A student demonstrates the graceful transition into Eka Pada Rajakapotasana, or One-Legged King Pigeon Pose. This advanced backbend requires both flexibility and strength, developed over time with steady effort.

A class of dedicated students practicing Dhanurasana, or Bow Pose, together. This powerful back-strengthening pose opens the chest and energizes the entire body.

Students engaging their core with Navasana, or Boat Pose, during an evening class. Core strength is fundamental to a stable and safe yoga practice.

A class works on balance and focus with Virabhadrasana III, or Warrior III Pose. This posture builds strength in the legs and core while improving concentration.

About Group Yoga Sessions

In these group classes, I use props like blocks and wall ropes to help you safely deepen your practice. Whether you are working toward your first inversion or just finding stability in standing poses, you will have a supportive environment to learn alignment rather than just focusing on reaching a specific shape.
