From partner-assisted backbends to individual headstands, my classes offer a mix of collaborative and personal challenges. I provide hands-on adjustments to help students deepen their practice safely.

About Group Yoga Sessions
In these group classes, I use props like blocks and wall ropes to help you safely deepen your practice. Whether you are working toward your first inversion or just finding stability in standing poses, you will have a supportive environment to learn alignment rather than just focusing on reaching a specific shape.
Yoga is for everyone, and our group sessions are built to prove that. We don't focus on being perfect, but on consistency—or what we call Abhyaasa. When you join our studio in Konanakunte, you aren't just following a video; you are part of a community where every individual is encouraged to progress at their own pace.
Our Approach to Group Practice
We practice traditional Hatha Yoga, which means we move with purpose. You will find that our classes emphasize:
- Alignment over Flexibility: We focus on moving safely to build long-term strength. This is why we use props like blocks and wall ropes to help you find your posture without strain.
- Small Batch Sizes: To ensure you get the guidance you need, we cap our groups at 15 students. This allows me to provide hands-on adjustments and ensure everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners, stays safe.
- Holistic Benefits: We don't just work the body. Each session includes breathwork and light meditation to help you find that balance on and off the mat.
What to Expect
Whether you are a complete beginner looking to start your journey or someone who has been practicing for years, there is a place for you. We focus on foundational poses like Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Dog) and Vrikshasana (Tree Pose), ensuring you build a solid base before moving to more complex sequences. Our space features marble flooring and wall-to-wall mirrors, which are excellent tools for self-correction as you refine your technique.
