We keep our batches small in our air-conditioned Whitefield studio, which means our instructor actually notices if you are struggling with a pose or just need a gentle adjustment. We meet every Wednesday and Saturday from 5 PM to 6 PM, giving you a steady, stress-free time to disconnect from the noise outside and focus entirely on your own practice.

What To Expect

- Small Batches: Because we limit our class size, you get personalized attention from the instructor. You won't feel out of place here, even if you can't touch your toes yet.
Practical Details
Our sessions are held at our studio in Whitefield, conveniently located opposite NVT Square on Vijaynagara Main Road. The hall is air-conditioned with laminate wooden flooring, which is much more comfortable for practice than tile.
We keep things simple: please bring your own mat (BYOM) and a water bottle. We offer a monthly pass for those who want flexibility and a quarterly saver plan for anyone looking to commit to a routine. If you need to miss a session, we allow 1 to 2 makeup classes per month with 24 hours' notice. If you are totally new to this, come by for a free trial class—no pressure, just good vibes.
