This is the energy of our Ratha Sapthami Yogathon. We gather as a community, often in a beautiful outdoor setting in Bangalore, to challenge ourselves with 108 Surya Namaskars. It is a powerful experience that builds incredible stamina and spirit.
It fills my heart with joy to hear from our global family. This video is a collection of voices from Hyderabad, Singapore, San Diego, and beyond, sharing their love for San Yoga. It shows that wellness has no borders.
Experience a deep mental detox with our Trataka meditation workshop. In these sessions, we use candle gazing to quiet the mind, improve focus, and rejuvenate the inner self in a serene, candlelit environment.
