About this collection

You won't find flashy gym machines here. Instead, we prioritize functional strength and joint health, meaning every exercise you do in our TRX or Pilates sessions is programmed by a physiotherapist. It is about building a body that lasts, not just one that looks good for the season, so we make sure every move is safe for your level.

Our Training Philosophy

For me, fitness isn't about pushing until you break. It is about longevity. Whether you are dealing with a past injury or just starting your journey, my goal is to ensure you can play with your kids, carry your groceries, and move independently for as long as possible. We don't train for six-packs; we train for life.

What We Offer

Our studio is a space for everyone, from beginners to athletes. We mix things up so you never get bored:

  • Strength & Conditioning: We use TRX, dumbbells, and circuit loops to build real-world strength.
  • Flexibility & Flow: Our Pilates (Mat and Ring), Yoga, and Animal Flow sessions focus on mobility and core stability.
  • High-Energy Cardio: If you need to let off steam, join our Zumba, kickboxing, or Bollywood dance fitness classes.
  • Kids' Programs: We run dance, fitness, and activity camps during holidays to keep the little ones active and off screens.

We operate out of two main locations in Bengaluru, offering both morning and evening slots to fit your schedule:

  • Padmanabhanagar: Our primary hub for comprehensive group training.
  • Anjanapura: Serving the surrounding area with a full range of functional fitness and dance classes.
