We run classes five times a day, seven days a week across our Whitefield studios in Siddapura and Hopefarm. Since every session is limited to small batches to ensure you get personal attention, we recommend checking the latest timing updates before you plan your visit to confirm a space is available for you.
Our schedule is built around the idea that finding stillness should not be another chore on your to-do list. Whether you are looking for an early morning energizer or a gentle evening wind-down, we have sessions that blend movement with mental clarity.
Classes rotate throughout the week, offering a mix of:

Everything we do, from Yogalates to breathwork, happens in a device-free, mirrorless environment. Because our classes have limited capacity, you get actual attention from your instructor rather than just following along in a crowd.
We operate two locations in Whitefield:
- Siddapura: Focused on Pilates, Aerial Yoga, and Meditation.
- Hopefarm: Hosting our Yoga, Strength Training, and Aerial Flow sessions.
