About How It Works: Class Info & Schedule

I don't do mass-market classes. My batches are capped at 10 people so I can actually see you on the screen. If you’re looking for a pre-recorded video to hide behind, this isn't the right place. We use common household items like cushions or water bottles as props, and I’ll be watching your alignment on Zoom to make sure you’re moving safely, not just copying me.

How My Classes Run

I keep things simple. You show up, you bring your mat, and you work. My online yoga classes are structured for people who are tired of generic fitness routines. We mix Hatha basics with Vinyasa flow, throwing in physio drills to help with issues like back pain or desk-job stiffness.

The 'Spy Eyes' Approach

Being online doesn't mean I'm not watching. I limit my groups to 2 to 10 students precisely so I can monitor every single person. I'll call you out if your posture is slipping, not to shame you, but to fix it before you get hurt. You get real-time verbal adjustments, which is the only way to build a sustainable practice from your living room.

The Logistics

  • No Carry-Forwards: I run a tight ship. If you miss a session, it is gone. This keeps everyone disciplined and ensures the batch rhythm stays consistent.
  • Props: No fancy studio gear needed. If you have a dupatta or a sturdy cushion, we are good to go.
  • The Commitment: Whether you sign up for the Monthly Live Interactive batch or the Quarterly Deep Dive, you are reserving a spot in a small, focused group.

I treat my students like adults. If you want to get stronger, clear your head, and actually learn the biomechanics of your own body, you are in the right place. If you are just looking for a casual session to scroll Instagram during, you might want to look elsewhere.
