About Join My Classes (In-Studio & Online)
My batches are small—capped at 10 to 12 students—so whether you're joining me on the rooftop in Malleshwaram or via Google Meet, you get real personal attention. I don't just demonstrate and watch; I provide tactile alignment corrections in-studio and real-time verbal cues online to make sure you're practicing safely, regardless of your experience level.
How We Practice
I teach a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa. We start slow with static holds to build stability and then transition into breath-synced movement to boost energy. It is not about doing the splits or perfecting an aesthetic pose; it is about creating a space for you to decompress after a long day or wake up with intention.
In-Studio: Mudra Rooftop, Malleshwaram
If you are nearby, come up to the rooftop. It is a semi-open, non-AC space focused on fresh air and natural ventilation. We provide all the props—cork blocks, cotton straps, and mats—so you don't need to haul gear around. Here, I can offer physical adjustments to help you find the right alignment in your asanas.
Live Online Sessions
If you aren't in Bangalore or prefer the comfort of home, join my live online classes via Google Meet. These are not pre-recorded videos; they are two-way, interactive sessions. I watch your form and give you feedback as if you were in the room with me. All you need is a laptop or phone, a stable internet connection, and your own mat.
Who This Is For
I started yoga because I struggled with anxiety and stiffness, and I created these classes for people just like me. If you have a desk job, feel 'too stiff' to start, or are looking for a community that doesn't focus on competition, you are in the right place. We keep the groups small because I believe you deserve to be seen and supported while you learn.
