This is how a hectic workday should end. After a focused Pilates session, we guide you into a state of deep rest, sometimes using our aerial hammocks for a calming cocoon experience. It is the perfect way to reset your mind and body.

Every class at SAMA follows a specific rhythm: we spend the first 30 minutes on functional movement, like Mat or Reformer Pilates, and the final 30 minutes dedicated entirely to guided deep rest, breathwork, or sound healing. You aren't just here to train; you are here to reset your headspace in a space where no one is watching your form in a mirror.
