What We Cover

Each 60-minute session is a blend of Somatic Hatha Yoga, breathwork, and guided meditation. We do not rush through sequences. Instead, we pay attention to how your body actually feels in each pose.

  • Mon-Wed-Fri Batches: Great for building consistency without burnout. The focus here is on foundational Somatic Hatha and ensuring your form is safe.
  • Mon-Fri Intensive Batches: Designed for those who want a structured, daily reset to help with metabolic balance and deeper conditioning.

Real-Time Correction

I know the biggest fear with online yoga is 'Am I doing this right?' I use real-time video monitoring in every session. If your alignment is off, I will guide you verbally, just as I would in a physical studio. We also incorporate household items like chairs and walls as props, so you do not need a fancy home studio setup to get started.

Finding Your Pace

Some days you will want to push into a deeper stretch, and other days you might just need to breathe through a long hold. That is the whole point. We move with the energy of the day, not a rigid checklist.
