Pricing Guide
Monthly Fitness Boxing - Group Batch
Core Sessions
- Schedule: Access to supervised 1-hour group classes, typically running 3 to 5 days a week.
- Drills: Includes shadowboxing, heavy bag work on vinyl/leather bags, and partner focus mitt drills.
- Conditioning: Strength training using bodyweight (pushups/pullups), plyometrics, and functional tire drills.
- Facility: Non-AC floor area with wall fans and 25mm interlocking EVA foam mats.
Equipment Policy
- Provided: Access to shared heavy bags and community boxing gloves.
- Excluded: Hand wraps, mouth guards, and personal gloves (recommended for hygiene) must be purchased separately.
- Scope: No full-contact ring sparring is included in this plan.
Competitive Amateur Boxing Track
Advanced Training
- Duration: Extended sessions lasting 90 to 120 minutes.
- Ring Access: Exclusive usage of the on-site elevated boxing ring for movement drills.
- Sparring: Supervised light to hard full-contact sparring with protective gear.
- Mentorship: Guidance on fight licensing, scoring, and weight management for state or zonal meets.
Gear & Conditioning
- Protective Equipment: Usage of club-provided headguards (Red/Blue) and body protectors during sparring.
- Fighter Fitness: High-intensity interval training, neck strengthening, and core conditioning specific for impact absorption.
Private Coaching - 12 Session Bundle
Private Attention
- Structure: A bundle of 12 sessions, each lasting 60 minutes.
- Coach Access: 100% dedicated attention from the Head Coach or Senior Instructor.
- Scheduling: Flexible timing arranged outside of peak general batch hours.
Skill Development
- Technical Work: Extensive rounds of customized focus mitts and pad work tailored to reflexes.
- Correction: Detailed micro-correction of stance, footwork, and punching mechanics.
- Custom Goals: Conditioning routines tailored specifically for weight loss or muscle gain using available gym equipment.

Who Fits In
- If you’re totally new, don’t worry. I’ll break down every basic - stance, footwork, punches. My focus is on giving you the right start with boxing classes for beginners.
- Want to get fit? These boxing fitness workouts are intense. Great for letting out stress and building real strength.
- Dream of medals? If you’re serious, I’ll push you with amateur boxing coaching and sparring. Join 'Team Panthers' and aim for the ring.
What Training Looks Like
- We drill basics till they’re second nature: shadowboxing, heavy bags, partner drills.
- For power and stamina, expect push-ups, pull-ups, jumps - the full grind.
- Sparring isn’t just for show. You’ll suit up and get real rounds in the boxing ring with full safety and guidance.

My proudest moments are seeing my boxers win at state and zonal levels - gold, silver, bronze, both kids and adults. The proof is in the punch.
Our Space
The gym’s set up for serious work: proper ring, heavy bags, matted areas, strength zone. On the walls, you’ll see words like 'STRENGTH' and 'DISCIPLINE' - just so you never forget what you’re here for.

My Story
People call me master of 10 martial arts, and yeah, I’ve earned it. News once called me 'badatanada nadeveyu... samara kale veera' (even through poverty... a martial arts hero). Not just fights, it’s about discipline, mind power, falling and getting up. Panthers Combat Club started 13 years back, but I’ve been coaching 22 years. Awards? Yes, but my students winning medals, running marathons, that’s my real pride. We build champions – in sport and life.
My Work
Martial Arts & Fitness Training - We teach Taekwondo, Boxing, Kick Boxing, Muay Thai, Judo, BJJ, MMA, Kusti, Gymnastics, and self-defense.
Experience Counts - Been coaching 22 years, Panthers Combat Club is 13 years strong. This is not a side gig.
Training for All Ages - Kids, adults, girls, boys – beginners or pros. Everyone’s welcome in our classes.
Making Champions - Our students win medals at all levels. Taekwondo championship coaching is our thing.
