Boxing Tournament Results and Championship Achievements
Results at Rox aren't about luck. They are built through repetitive drills, technical sparring, and the discipline to keep showing up. See the proof of what our fighters achieve when they trust the process.

About Our Champions: Results & Achievements
Medals are the end goal, but the real work happens on the gym floor. Every student you see here started as a beginner who didn't know how to throw a jab properly. We focus on accuracy and speed because that is what wins bouts, not just raw power. If you want to train for competition, we will put you through the same regimen that brought home our latest state-level medals.
How We Build Fighters
Winning a medal at the Karnataka State Inter Club or the Super 40 Elite Men Championship is not a shortcut. It is the result of months of repetitive pad work, controlled sparring sessions, and conditioning that pushes you to your limit. My students, like Bichitra Tamang, represent what happens when you stop looking for the easy way out and start focusing on technique.
The Path to the Podium
We don't teach you to be a gym fighter. We teach you to be a competitor. Our training curriculum is designed to get you ring-ready by focusing on:
- Accuracy: We drill combinations until your muscle memory takes over. No wild swinging.
- Defense: You learn to slip, roll, and pivot before you are allowed to trade heavy shots.
- Conditioning: You will work on your engine with tire work, sprints, and skipping. If you can't breathe, you can't fight.
Why Our Approach Works
Most gyms teach you how to hit a bag. We teach you how to handle a live opponent. By working in a semi-private, 1:3 ratio, I ensure you aren't just getting lost in a crowd. You are getting specific, technical feedback on your stance and guard. Whether you are aiming for your first inter-club tournament or just want to prove to yourself that you can go the distance, the process is the same.
If you see one of our boxers on the podium, it is because they put in the hours in our Bommanahalli facility. They showed up when it was raining, they showed up when they were tired, and they followed the drills. If you are serious about boxing, this is the environment where you will find your edge.
