Standard 1-on-1 Strength Training
Core Training Details
- Duration: 60 Minutes per session (Strictly 1-on-1).
- Frequency: 12 Sessions valid for 1 month (approx. 3 days/week).
- Methodology: Traditional Hypertrophy (Muscle Building) and Strength Training using Dumbbells, Barbells, and Plate-loaded machines.
Equipment Usage
- Strength Zone: Full access to Squat Racks, Smith Machines, Leg Press, and heavy Dumbbells.
- Cardio: 10 to 15 mins pre-workout usage of commercial treadmills or ellipticals for warm-up.
Program Structure
- Workout Chart: Creation of a basic split routine (e.g., Push-Pull-Legs) tailored to current strength levels.
- Tracking: Weekly log of weights lifted to ensure Progressive Overload.
- Safety: Active spotting by the trainer during heavy lifts (Bench press, Squats) and posture correction.
Transformation & Functional Fitness Package
Specialized Training Protocols
- Functional Zone: Usage of Artificial Turf for Sled Pushes (Prowler), Tire Flips, and Battle Rope conditioning.
- Combat Fitness: Kickboxing and Boxing drills using focus pads/mitts for agility.
- Agility: Ladder drills and plyometric box jumps for athletic performance.
Nutrition & Tracking
- Diet Plan: Custom macro-focused nutrition guide tailored to vegetarian or non-vegetarian preferences.
- Analysis: Bi-weekly measurement checks (inches lost, weight scale) and transformation photo documentation.
- Supplements: Guidance on protein and recovery supplements (e.g., Whey, Creatine) if required.
Senior Coaching & Recovery
- Coach Tier: Sessions led by Senior Coaches capable of managing high-intensity circuits.
- Recovery: Assisted stretching post-workout to reduce muscle soreness.
- Priority Access: Trainers reserve functional stations (Turf area) specifically for these circuit sessions.

How We Train
Sessions are never the same old thing. I mix up strength and conditioning coaching, functional fitness training (think tire flips, battle ropes, box jumps), and even combat fitness like kickboxing. Cardio and conditioning are always in the mix too. You’ll never be bored, and you’ll always be challenged.

My Story
Hi! We’re Turbo Fitness Studio. Our place? Always full of noise, music, and laughter. We started out wanting a gym that felt like a family, not just a place with machines. Sometimes you’ll find us doing Zumba, sometimes just dancing for no reason. Festivals, Dandiya, Ganpati, Women’s Day - we celebrate everything together. Trainers like Siddu and Madhu are always around, cheering you on. That’s the real Turbo vibe - fitness and fun, side by side.
