Building the Boxer: Drills & Conditioning
A fighter is built from the ground up, not just with punches. We focus on boxing-specific drills for footwork, head movement, and defense using ladders, hoops, and tyres, combined with strength and conditioning to build your engine.

Our Programs & Facility
We offer a range of programs for everyone from total beginners to advanced fighters, including personal training and fitness boxing. Our facility is a proper, old-school gym with a full-size ring and all the equipment you need to get serious.
