Stop guessing your punches. We train reflexes, speed, and accuracy here so you move like a boxer, not a brawler.

Here I am holding pads for a student. This direct interaction allows me to correct form, test reflexes, and push the pace.

"One two, one two, go go!" Pad work is about rhythm and speed. I'm calling out combinations to build the student's reaction time and offensive flow.

An advanced pad work drill. The student is working on slipping punches and countering immediately, a key skill for defense and offense.

Using a coach vest and pads to simulate a real opponent. This allows the student to practice body shots with full power.

Another coach vest session. The student is working on combinations, moving from head to body, while the coach absorbs the punches.

A coach pad work session. The focus is on sharp, accurate punches and immediate feedback from the trainer.

A simple pad warm-up with me. We start with the basics to get the body moving and the mind focused before the real work begins.

Another view of the pad warm-up. Notice the footwork and movement, even in a simple drill. Everything has a purpose.

More one-on-one pad work with me. I'm testing the student's guard and reaction time between combinations.

I'm not just a coach, I'm a student of the game. Here I am sharpening my own skills on the pads with one of my trainers.

About One-on-One: Pad & Mitt Work

This is where we sharpen your reflexes, not just tire you out. Pad work is about precision, not raw power. I am standing there with you, catching your shots, correcting your guard, and shouting 'chal chal' when you start slowing down. You get instant feedback on your movement, which means you build better habits in half the time it takes in a group class.
