Morning Fitness Boxing (Non-Contact)
Service Specifics
- Schedule: Strictly Weekday Mornings (9:00 AM to 10:00 AM).
- Format: 100% Non-contact. Focus on "Boxfit" cardio rather than fight prep.
- Duration: 60 Minutes per class.
Workout Regime
- Cardio: High-volume jump rope, burpees, and agility ladder drills.
- Bag Work: Endurance focused Jab-Cross combinations on heavy bags.
- Strength: Bodyweight exercises (planks, pushups) and functional movements using tyres.
Facility & Gear
- Environment: Non-AC, industrial-style gym with wall fans and open ventilation.
- Exclusions: No access to boxing ring or sparring.
- Mandatory Gear: User must purchase own boxing gloves and hand wraps.
Beginner Technical Boxing
Core Program
- Access: Unlimited access to Beginner Batches (Mon-Fri).
- Duration: 60 to 90 Minutes based on batch speed.
- Curriculum: Structured fundamentals covering Stance, Guard, Jab, Cross, and Hook.
Technical Training
- Drills: Mirror shadow boxing, partner Dutch drills (glove-to-glove), and slip-ropes.
- Conditioning: Old School strength training using Mudgar (Indian Club), tyre flips, and sledgehammers.
- Outdoor: Occasional drills conducted in nearby parks or dirt tracks.
Requirements
- Contact Level: Light contact partner drills only. No hard sparring.
- Gear: Personal Boxing Gloves (10oz-14oz) and Handwraps are mandatory.
Advanced Competitive Boxing & Sparring
Training Structure
- Schedule: 5 Days/Week split (Mon/Wed/Fri Advanced focus + Tue/Thu General conditioning).
- Duration: Extended 90-minute sessions.
- Prerequisite: Must demonstrate beginner proficiency or have prior boxing experience.
Advanced Components
- Sparring: Full-contact open sparring in Regulation Boxing Ring and controlled technical sparring.
- Tactics: Advanced defense (Philly shell, slipping), counter-punching, and ring IQ.
- Competition: High-intensity "Fight Camp" conditioning (3 mins work / 1 min rest) and tournament eligibility.
Mandatory Safety Kit
- Required Gear: User must own Mouthguard, Headgear, Groin Guard, and Boxing Shoes.
- Rule: No sparring permitted without full safety equipment.

How Group Sessions Go Down
- Fundamentals first: stance, guard, jab, cross, hook - footwork is king.
- Then, boxing drills for beginners and pros alike: shadow boxing, heavy bag, pad work, non-stop movement. 'Chal chal chal chal' (keep moving).
- Partner up for action-reaction work. You learn from each other.
- Cool down always, with stretching that helps recovery.
Pick Your Batch
- Beginners get focused attention and learn basics.
- Intermediate batches dig into combinations and harder drills.
- Advanced level means refining technique, defense, and hard sparring.
Beyond Punches
Our group boxing workout routines mix Boxfit, strength, and killer cardio. You’ll use dumbbells, kettlebells, and even mudgars (Indian clubs) for shoulder stability. Expect to sweat. ‘Zinda rakho’ (keep it alive).
It’s a Family Thing
