Our Training Environment

We operate an industrial, no-frills setup in Bommanahalli. You get access to a full-sized ring, heavy bags, and agility equipment. It is raw, it is sweaty, and it works. We focus on boxing-specific strength and conditioning, so you will work your entire body using tires, ropes, and pad drills.
