About Strength & Conditioning
Why I Train This Way
Here, it’s not about just lifting heavy. I train you to move better, react faster, and last longer. Strength without speed and control is just wasted effort. We build the kind of power you actually need, whether you want to fight or just handle life better.
What Happens in a Session
Every session is different but always has a purpose. One day, we’re smashing through functional strength workouts with battle ropes, tires, or mudgars. Another day, it’s explosive power training - squats, deadlifts, or core drills straight from a boxer’s routine. You’ll see agility ladders, cones, and a lot of work that keeps your body guessing.
Who It’s For
You don’t need to be a fighter to train like one. Anyone who wants to feel seriously strong and quick can jump in. I also run women’s strength classes - same energy, same grind, just a space where you can push and not worry about anything else.
My Style
I’m always right there - showing the moves, pushing you, and saying “chal chal chal chal” (go go go go). If you get stuck, just say it. We fix it together. Ho jayega (it will happen). After every grind, we cool down and stretch so you recover right.
Gear & Tools
Barbells, kettlebells, mudgars, ropes, tires - we use whatever gets you moving and strong. No frills, just what works.
