About Technical Sparring & Ring Craft

Sparring here is strictly controlled to build technique, not to win a fight. Whether you are a beginner learning basic distance management or an advanced fighter working on counter-punching, I am in the ring or right beside you during every exchange. We focus on 'zinda rakho'—staying active with punches and movement—rather than just standing still and slugging it out, so you learn to read the game properly.
