Boxing Training and Technique at Rox

At Rox, we focus on the art of boxing: accuracy, speed, and reflexes. No raw power, just real technique and discipline.

This is my philosophy. Boxing isn't about raw power, it's about accuracy, speed, and reflexes. In our sessions, I break down the technique, the 'why' behind every punch and every move, so you build real, lasting skill.

This is what we work towards. A hard, technical sparring session where you can apply your skills. It's intense, but it's always about control and learning, pushing your limits safely under my supervision.

One-on-one training is where we fix weaknesses and build strengths. Here, we're using the coach vest for a personal training session, focusing on body shots and close-range combinations. It's just you and me, focused on your goals.

Boxing strength is different. It's not just about your arms, it's about your core, your legs, your whole body. We do boxing-specific conditioning like these partner-carry drills to build the functional strength you need in the ring.

Footwork is everything. Here, we're using agility ladders to improve speed, coordination, and balance while maintaining a boxing stance. Quick feet are the foundation of good offense and defense.

This is what happens when you stick with it. I'm proud to see my student with his gold medal after the Super 40 Elite Men Boxing Championship. Hard work and dedication, it pays off. Ho jayega.

This is our home. A proper boxing gym with a full-sized ring, ready for anyone serious about learning the art of boxing. This is where we put in the work, day in and day out.

The feedback from my students says it all. We go slow, we build muscle memory, and we focus on one thing at a time. It's an intense, no-shortcut approach that gets results.

About Featured

My approach is about building technical skill from the ground up, not just throwing wild punches. We use reaction-based mitt work and agility drills to fix your form, so you develop real reflexes rather than just chasing a workout sweat.
