I see the gym as a place that’s more than just about building muscle. For me, it’s where you can clear your head after a tough day and come out feeling stronger, inside and out. Namma vision (our vision) is to help you get healthier, fitter, and more disciplined, one session at a time.
It’s All About You
No two bodies are the same. That’s why I never use a one-size-fits-all approach. First, I get to know your body type - whether you're tumba sanna (very thin), struggling to put on weight, or you find it easy to gain weight agbahudu (can gain weight). Your plan is fully customized, not just copied off the internet.
What to Expect
- You’ll get a customized fitness plan, shaped by your goals, whether it’s weight loss coaching, muscle building for beginners, or even managing issues like high BP or thyroid with the right workouts.
- It’s not just about the machines - we do functional strength training with tyres, ropes, kettlebells, plus classic weights and HIIT.
- Simple, straightforward diet advice, no big science words. Just what actually works.
Straight Talk on Protein
Lot of confusion out there on protein, especially whey. It’s just milk protein that helps your muscles recover, nothing scary.

Hi, nanna hesaru Abi, Vision of Christ Fitness alli (here). What keeps me going? Simple - seeing people walk in stressed, walk out smiling. Shruthi came with thyroid, BP, couldn't lift 5kg. We worked, she lost 13kg, now no meds! Hige kelidre, innu confidence barutte (when I hear this, I get more confidence). Rajini says our gym is her stress-buster.
