About Muay Thai Group Classes
Why I Teach Muay Thai
Muay Thai isn't just fighting for me - it's about finding your real self. Here, I teach the Amarit way, a traditional style that comes straight from masters in Thailand. My job is to show you the path, but you have to walk it. No shortcuts, just steady work.
What to Expect in Class
- Start from scratch with all the basics - punches, elbows, knees, kicks.
- Practice drills like shadow boxing, clinching, footwork, and blocking until they feel natural.
- Group classes are about getting better every time, not just sweating it out.
- We mix practical training - think pad work, bag drills, and controlled sparring.
- Fitness is built in. Expect full-body Muay Thai fitness workouts, with plenty of push-ups, squats, and even tyre jumps.
Our Community Vibe
Training with us means joining the Amarit family. Everyone's here to improve, support each other, and show respect. Kids get their own classes to build confidence and discipline early, and we put extra focus on self-defense Muay Thai for women.
Progress and Traditions
You'll see your progress marked by formal gradings, and the Yok Kru Ceremony is a big deal - a real moment for anyone moving up.
Classes are open to all - absolute beginners, kids, women, and experienced fighters. If you're after traditional Muay Thai classes or just want to see what you're made of, this is the place.

My Story
I’m Kru Hemanth Kumar. Muay Thai is not just kicks and punches for me, it’s my life. My master, Borrommakru Deycha, gave me the sacred MongKol LongRakPidTong headband, so I teach the Amarit way, straight from the source. My academy is like a big family – students are my brothers in pride. Here, we train mind and body together. No beastly stuff, only discipline and real warrior spirit.
