Our advanced group classes happen right here in the ring. I am there with you, guiding the drills, correcting form, and making sure everyone is moving and thinking like a boxer.

Training here is about pushing your limits. We mix in tough conditioning drills like this to build functional strength and mental grit. If you feel like giving up, your team is here to get you up. 'Chal chal, ho jayega'.
