About this collection
Here, we don't care about your strength when you walk in—we care about your speed and reflexes. You will start with the fundamentals of stance and footwork, and trust me, you will sweat. If you are serious about learning, get your own 10oz gloves and hand wraps ready; you will need them from day one because we train real boxing, not just shadow play.
Our Approach to Boxing
At Rox Boxing Gym in Bommanahalli, we strip away the fluff. You won't find air-conditioned rooms or fancy machines that do the work for you. You will find a regulation boxing ring, heavy bags, and coaches who will correct your form until you get it right.
We focus on accuracy because power is useless if you miss your target. Whether you are joining our non-contact Boxfit classes to build endurance or the advanced sparring batches to test your mettle, the goal is always the same: discipline. We use traditional gear like mudgars (Indian clubs) alongside modern agility drills to build a fighter's engine.
Choose Your Batch
- Beginner Technical Boxing: This is where you build your foundation. We teach you stance, guard, the jab-cross-hook, and footwork. We focus on partner drills so you learn reaction and timing, not just how to hit a bag.
- Advanced Competitive Boxing: For those who have put in the time. This includes full-contact sparring, Philly shell defense, and high-intensity fight camp conditioning. You need the full safety kit (headgear, mouthguard) because we treat this like a real fight.
- Morning Fitness (Non-Contact): Perfect if you want the intensity of a boxer's workout without the fighting. High-volume cardio and bag work to keep you fit.
