Annual All-Access Gym & Studio Pass
Zones & Equipment
- Cardio Section: Unlimited use of treadmills, ellipticals, and spin bikes.
- Strength Floor: Access to free weights (dumbbells up to 30kg+), plate-loaded machines, Smith machine, and cable stations.
Studio & Classes
- Group Sessions: Full entry to all scheduled Aerobics, Zumba, Yoga, and HIIT batches at no extra daily cost.
- Access: Valid for 1 year during all operating hours (typically 6 AM to 10 PM).
Onboarding Support
- Assessment: Initial BMI check and body composition analysis.
- Guidance: Standard diet template (fat loss/muscle gain) and floor-trainer guided workout charts.
Monthly Cardio & HIIT Studio Access
Batch Types
- Step Aerobics: Rhythmic cardio sessions using commercial-grade plastic risers (approx 2.5ft wide).
- Functional HIIT: Interval circuits utilizing heavy gauge nylon battle ropes, agility ladders, and rubber slam balls (5kg-15kg).
- Floor Work: Mat Pilates and core conditioning using standard 4mm-6mm yoga mats.
Facility Specs
- Flooring: Wooden laminate designed for sliding movements and moderate shock absorption.
- Audio: High-wattage PA speaker system for loud, tempo-driven music tracks.
- Ventilation: Wall-mounted fans and wall-to-wall checking mirrors.
General Amenities
- Convenience: Shared changing rooms, open shoe racks, and RO water point.
Specialized Karate & Self-Defense Tuition
Instruction Level
- Trainer: Certified Black Belt instructors (up to 5th Dan level).
- Focus: Discipline, stance correction, and technical precision.
Syllabus
- Techniques: Covers Kihon (basics), Kata (forms), and Kumite (sparring).
- Self-Defense: Situational awareness drills and practical defense moves.
Logistics
- Schedule: Fixed evening or weekend batch slots separate from open gym hours.
- Gear: Training is barefoot on wooden laminate; facility provides kicking pads and focus mitts.
- Exclusions: Exam fees and Uniform (Gi) costs are not included in the monthly tuition.

My Story
Exercise isn’t just about looking good, it’s about feeling alive. That’s why I kicked off SP Workout Zone. Here, we’re Team SP, pushing each other past limits, laughing through group aerobics dance, sweating it out, and even hitting a cricket ball when we’re not at the weights. We party together, from Ugadi to Diwali, birthdays too. This is more than a gym, it’s our lifestyle. Stronger than excuses, always.
