What You Get With Our Group Fitness

No boring routines, no solo struggle. Our group fitness classes are all about energy, teamwork, and a bit of desi jugaad (making it work, Indian style). I believe in mehnat kar, pasina baha (work hard, sweat it out) - so expect a good mix of sweat and laughs.

Types of Classes

  • Group aerobics sessions: Think music, rhythm, and a lot of fun. Perfect for fat loss and feeling lighter.
  • High-intensity interval group workouts: If you want to push your limits, try our CrossFit and functional training classes. Battle ropes, slam balls, bodyweight drills - sab milega (you’ll get it all).
  • Energy booster sessions: Full-body, partner-based madness to spike your energy.
  • Yoga: Slow things down, stretch, and breathe easy.
  • Karate: Group classes with an international champ - discipline, fitness, and self-defense in one.

How We Roll

  • Coaches always around to guide you (look for the COACH tee).
  • Studio has big mirrors and all the gear you need.
  • Early birds, late risers, weekday or weekend - there’s a batch for you.

My Story

Exercise isn’t just about looking good, it’s about feeling alive. That’s why I kicked off SP Workout Zone. Here, we’re Team SP, pushing each other past limits, laughing through group aerobics dance, sweating it out, and even hitting a cricket ball when we’re not at the weights. We party together, from Ugadi to Diwali, birthdays too. This is more than a gym, it’s our lifestyle. Stronger than excuses, always.

My Work
