Classes That Match Your Mood
Yoga: I offer chilled-out sessions for flexibility and balance, and also partner yoga exercises if you want to try something more playful and challenging. It's about breath, movement, and feeling present.
Boxing Fitness: If you're after a full-on sweaty session, my boxing fitness classes mix punches, kicks, and footwork. You’ll leave feeling stronger and maybe a bit sore, but it’s worth it.
Dance Cardio: Dance cardio group classes really are a party. No need to be a pro - just move, follow the beat, and let loose. It’s social, fun, and way less intimidating than you’d expect.
Functional & HIIT: For those who want something tough, my small group training sessions use the whole space - inside and out. Expect high-intensity interval workouts, tire flips, sled pushes, and plenty more.

My Story
Hey, we’re Switch Wellness. Not your usual gym, we wanted a place where anyone feels they belong—body, mind, all of it. Ritesh dropped 120 kilos here, Karishma swears by our calisthenics training classes, and even Shankar, a 66-year-old sportsman, calls our vibe ‘electric’. Our trainers?
