About Youth Martial Arts & Fitness
What We’re About
No sugarcoating here. At Tiger Tongue, I push kids to go beyond just showing up. This isn’t a daycare - it’s a place for building young fighters, inside and out. The real challenge is always with yourself, and I’m here to help them take it on.
How We Train
Every session is a mix of tough drills and raw conditioning. I keep things hands-on and direct.
- Youth boxing classes start with the basics - stance, footwork, and drills like shadow boxing or hitting the bags.
- Controlled sparring, only when they’re ready, gives a taste of the real thing but always under close supervision.
- Kids combat fitness isn’t just about getting sweaty. We use bodyweight moves, agility ladders, cones, tires, and ropes. Kids earn their progress, nothing handed over easy.
What Kids Get Out of It
This is about more than just muscles.
- Martial arts for resilience: discipline, focus, and confidence grow with every session.
- Real-world strength, balance, and endurance for whatever life throws at them.
- A safe way to let out energy and stress, plus actual self-defense skills.
Our Vibe
Safety never gets compromised. I train kids hard, but always with proper gear and watchful coaching. The gym’s all about support, not tearing anyone down. If your child’s ready to step up, we’re here for the real work.

My Story
You know, I’ve been there – stuck, frustrated, thinking I can’t move forward. Disability tried to hold me back when I was 19, but nah, I didn’t let it. Ended up representing India in Cybathlon (bionic Olympics), bagged a silver, and got some Mr. Bangalore, Mr. Karnatak titles. But now, my heart’s in boxing and coaching. That’s why we built Tiger Tongue – not just a gym, it’s a place to fight your own limits. We help everyone, kids and adults, find their inner strength. You’re the boss of your mind, always.
