Sparring: The Ultimate Test

This is where we put our training into practice. We offer everything from controlled technical sparring for beginners to hard, open sparring for our advanced and competitive fighters. Safety is always first, with proper gear and constant supervision.

Technique & Drills: Building the Boxer

Accuracy and reflexes beat raw power. Here, we focus on the core mechanics through pad work, heavy bag drills, and specific partner exercises to build muscle memory for footwork, defense, and combinations.

Strength & Conditioning: Beyond the Punches

Boxing is a full-body workout. Our Boxfit and conditioning sessions build the engine you need in the ring, using everything from dumbbells and battle ropes to traditional Indian clubs (mudgars) for functional strength and cardio.

Outdoor Training: Building Grit

We take the training outside to build real-world endurance and grit. Our outdoor sessions include road work, running drills, and open-air shadow boxing to break the routine and build a stronger foundation.
