About Outdoor Training: Building Grit
The gym floor is predictable, but the park is not. When we train outside in Bommanahalli, the uneven ground forces you to lock in your footwork and balance in ways a rubber mat never will. You have to be quick, you have to be sharp, and there is nowhere to hide from your own sweat. It is simple, it is raw, and it gets the job done.
We take the session out of the gym because a fighter needs to be ready for anything. We mix road work, stair jumps, and park agility drills to build an engine that doesn't quit. Whether it is partner pad work on dirt or sprint drills on the track, we use the environment to strip away the comforts of a standard gym. This is where you learn to keep going when your lungs are burning. 'Chal chal chal' is the only rhythm you need. If you are tired, we adjust, but we do not stop. We use the open air to test your mental focus, forcing you to maintain your guard and technique even when you are gasping for air. It is not pretty, but it is real boxing conditioning. We aren't just running, we are working on the agility and reaction time that win fights. If you can handle the sweat and the elements, this is where you become a fighter.
