We have a program for everyone, whether you are a beginner, an advanced fighter, or just looking for a great workout. You can choose from group classes, personal training, or even a one-week trial.

We start with the absolute basics. This is a quick guide to the fundamental elements we teach every new boxer: stance, guard, jab, cross, hook, and footwork.

Once you have the basics, we teach you how to put them together. Here are some of our favorite beginner-friendly combinations to build your skills.

We don't just throw you into the ring. Every program—from our non-contact fitness batches to advanced competitive camps—starts with fundamentals like stance, guard, and footwork. If you mess up, we stop, fix the form, and go again. 'Chal chal chal' (keep moving) isn't just a catchphrase here; it is how we build muscle memory, one punch at a time.

Boxing is about reading your opponent and reacting, not just hitting hard. Our philosophy is rooted in old-school gym culture where discipline matters more than ego. We cater to every level in our Bommanahalli facility, breaking down complex mechanics into drills you can actually understand and execute.

Our Training Approach

We treat boxing as a skill set, not just a workout.

  • Beginners: We focus on the building blocks—stance, jab, cross, and hooks. We want you to get comfortable in your guard before we introduce harder contact.
  • Advanced: For those ready to step up, we focus on ring IQ, defensive maneuvers like the Philly shell, and controlled technical sparring.
  • Conditioning: Beyond the bag, we use traditional equipment like mudgars (Indian clubs), tire flips, and sledgehammers to build the functional strength you need to keep going rounds.

Safety and Gear

We are serious about your safety. You will need your own hand wraps and 10oz-14oz gloves for the beginner classes. If you are entering the advanced competitive batches, full protective gear—including a mouthguard, headgear, and groin guard—is non-negotiable. We do not spar without it.
