About Strength & Conditioning: Beyond the Punches

It is not about how much you can bench press or how you look in the mirror. We use traditional Indian clubs, or mudgars, because they build the shoulder stability and rotational power you actually use in the ring. You will swing heavy ropes and flip tyres because a real punch starts from the ground up, and your legs need to be ready to support that explosive movement.
