Why I Love Group Fitness

This isn't just about exercise. It's about finding your tribe, pushing each other, and making every session count. Our place feels more like a big, loud family - the kind where everyone cheers you on (and pulls your leg if you slack off). It's a bit mad, a bit sweaty, and totally addictive.

What’s On Offer

  • Functional group workout sessions that make you strong for real life - we’re talking tire flips, kettlebells, all that jazz.
  • CrossFit, which, honestly, I call my anti-aging hack. It’s tough, but after a few weeks you’ll feel like you can take on anything.
  • High-intensity interval training groups (HIIT) for those who want max results in minimum time. Sometimes we even move to a nearby park for fresh air and a change of scene.

More Than Just Classes

  • We regularly take our workouts outside - think 6km group runs and outdoor fitness bootcamps. Good vibes, lots of laughs, sometimes a bit of friendly competition.
  • Fun fitness challenges like “Burpee Bowling” or “1000 Reps Challenge” - you’ll surprise yourself with what you can do.

Our Trainers

Our trainers are always around - correcting form, giving you a push, or a high-five when you need it. Doesn’t matter if you’re new or a total beast, you’ll get attention and support.

Some folks see dumbbells, we see family. Goldkraft Fitness started in J.P. Nagar, Bangalore, because we wanted a place that’s more than just a gym.
