Honestly, workouts karne ka main scene patla hona nahi hai (the main goal isn’t just getting thin). For me, it’s about fixing your routine, boosting your mood, and showing up - no matter how you’re feeling. I’m all about the days you turn up even when you don’t want to.
What Makes Us Different
We’re not your typical gym. No machines here - only people. Yeh jagah hai jahaan strangers become friends, and everyone backs each other up. I use stuff like kettlebells, battle ropes, gymnastics rings for functional group training. But honestly, the real magic is our community fitness experience.
Classes, Your Way
Doesn’t matter if you’re 11 or 50, never worked out, or already a pro. Every class has options to suit every level. Progressions, regressions - sab milta hai (we’ve got it all). It’s more playground than bootcamp, with dance fitness sessions, S&C, calisthenics, boxing, yoga, aerial yoga (Monkey Business!), Mudgar, and spin. You can mix and match, try everything.
The Real Deal
I don’t promise quick fixes or perfect bodies. The focus is on building habits, showing up, and finding joy in movement. Sometimes we end with Shavasana, sometimes with a laugh. My Story
We’re Bohofit. Not gonna lie, our community kinda built itself. Most folks who joined on day one still hang out with us, not for hashtags, but for that safe, messy, personal growth. We kicked off wanting to change how people move and eat—no quick fix drama, just showing up, laughing, failing, and rising together. No machines, just raw effort. Even our Nagalakshmi café is about honest food. Real strength? Starts inside, grows outside.
