Why We Do This
Pilates honestly turned things around for me after having kids. At RedMat, we know what it feels like to lose touch with your body, especially after pregnancy. Our trainers - all women, many moms - get it. We aren’t chasing six packs or doing crazy hard routines. Here, it’s about supporting each other and moving so we feel good, not stressed out.
How We Move
- Mat Pilates for beginners and all levels - get your basics sorted and start feeling that core again.
- Reformer Pilates for a deeper, full-body workout. We use equipment like the Reformer and Stability Chair to help you get stronger, not just sweatier.
- ActivBarre classes – it’s like a fun, girl gang hangout. Low impact, lots of energy, and a great cardio shake-up. No ballet skills needed!
Formats That Fit Real Life
- Small group reformer Pilates lets you connect with others, but you’ll still get personal attention.
- Private sessions for your own goals, whether it’s rehabbing an injury or just wanting to work one-on-one.
- Online Pilates workouts for women - 40 minute ‘Xpress’ classes for days you can’t make it to our Delhi or Gurugram studios. Quick, convenient, no excuses.
