The Workout
- Duration: 50 minutes for standard discovery or 30 minutes for specific rehab assessment.
- Equipment: Trial access to studio equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, or Stability Chair.
- Expertise: Session conducted strictly by a Senior or Master Trainer to ensure safety during intake.
Experience
- Safety: One on one attention ensuring zero risk of injury during the trial.
- Props: Usage of small props like soft overballs and resistance bands for movement modification.

- Class Types: Access to specialized cohorts like Postnatal Reformer, Barre Pilates, or Mat Somatic Flow.
Studio Experience
- Individual Stations: Each participant gets their own Mat or Reformer station for the entire duration with no sharing.
- Community: Training alongside other women at similar life stages, such as specific prenatal or postnatal cohorts.
Validity Rules
- Expiration: Strict 4 week (28 days) validity cycle.
- Cancellation Policy: Adherence to strict notice windows (6 to 12 hours) is required to prevent session deduction.

My Story
Pilates gave me back my spark, so I started RedMat to share that magic with others. This is a space built by women, for women—moms, professionals, whoever you are today.
