This is Reformer Pilates, redefined for women. We’ve created a space where movement is intentional, supportive, and empowering. In our small group classes, you get the energy of a community and the focus of personal training, all led by internationally certified instructors who understand the female body.
We celebrate every chapter of a woman's life. This is a glimpse from a private Prenatal Pilates baby shower we hosted for one of our members. It was a beautiful session focused on gentle strength, joyful movement, and honoring the journey to motherhood with her tribe.
Strength starts on the mat. Our Mat Pilates classes are the foundation for moving better and living better. We focus on mastering the basics, connecting with your core, and building strength that supports you far beyond the studio walls, whether you join us in-person or online.
This is why we do what we do. After a year-long battle with cancer, Geeta came to us to rebuild her health. Her journey from recovery to reclaiming her strength is a powerful reminder that movement can heal. We are honored to be a part of her incredible story.

Feeling a pinch in your neck? Sometimes the solution is a small, mindful shift. We use principles from Applied Neurology to help your nervous system feel supported, which allows your body to move with more ease. This is how we address pain, by getting to the root cause.
Our advanced equipment, like the Cadillac, allows you to explore your body's full potential. Here, you can challenge your strength, control, and flexibility in ways you never thought possible. This is for when you're ready to go from strong to RedMat strong.
About this collection
Whether you are joining us for a group Reformer session or an online express class, you will notice one thing: we do not do cookie-cutter routines. Our trainers modify every movement to fit where your body is today. Whether that is healing postpartum, managing back pain, or simply building strength for your daily life, we adapt the session to you. We watch how you move, fix your alignment, and ensure you actually feel the muscles we are targeting, not just the sweat.
Our Philosophy
We started RedMat because we believe fitness should be for women, by women. We focus on functional strength. If you have been looking for a studio that understands the female body, from prenatal support to managing everyday aches, you have found it.
Studio vs. Online
We offer the best of both worlds. Visit us at our studios in Nirvana Country, DLF Phase 1, or Vasant Vihar to train on authentic Merrithew Reformers, Stability Chairs, and the Cadillac. If you cannot make the drive, our online Xpress classes bring that same intensity to your living room in just 40 minutes. No commute, just consistency.
