About this collection

We keep our reformer sessions small—maximum six members—so you’re never just another face in the room. We use Merrithew machines, which rely on spring tension rather than heavy, gravity-based weights, making it easier on your joints while challenging your deep core. Remember to wear grip socks for safety; if you forget them, we have pairs available at our studios.

We operate studios in Golf Course Road, Nirvana Country, and Vasant Vihar. Our classes are not about how high you can jump or how fast you can go. They are about the 'shakes' that tell you the muscle is engaging and the precision of the movement.
