About Become a Certified Instructor
Most courses focus solely on choreography, but at RedMat, we start with anatomy. You won't just learn to lead a class, you will understand the biomechanics behind every movement. Under the guidance of Master Trainer Taru Chaddha, you will dive deep into the 'why' of Pilates. This ensures you can help clients with real needs, from injury recovery to athletic conditioning, with precision and safety.
The PAI Difference
We partnered with Pilates Academy International (PAI), New York, because we wanted to bring genuine, science-backed education to India. This isn't a weekend workshop where you memorize a list of exercises. It is a comprehensive curriculum that demands your attention and rewards your curiosity.
What You Will Master
Our certification is broken down into modules that build your foundation:
- Anatomy, Biomechanics, and Postural Analysis (ABP): This is the bedrock of your career. You will learn to identify muscle imbalances and joint limitations. If you don't know how the body works, you cannot fix it.
- All Populations Reformer (APR): You will master the 'physics' of the Reformer machine. We move beyond basic reps to teach you safety, machine operation, and how to adapt every movement for different bodies.
- Hands-On Teaching: You get real-time practice. From day one, you are adjusting, cueing, and observing under the watchful eye of our master trainers.
