See what we do in class—from deep stretches to aerial inversions. Whether you're a beginner or looking to advance, these flows are designed to build real strength at your own pace.

This is what partner aerial yoga is all about: trust, support, and creating something beautiful together. It's a fun challenge that builds connection and strength at the same time.

The aerial drop is one of the most thrilling moves we learn. I teach you how to control the fall and land with grace, building your confidence with every practice.

The hammock is an amazing tool for exploring flexibility. Here, I'm using it to support a full split, allowing for a deeper stretch than you might achieve on the floor.

We blend traditional yoga with aerial techniques. This is an advanced Suryanamskar sequence using the hammock for support and added challenge, focusing on balance and core strength.

This is what happens when a calisthenics expert and an aerialist team up. We combine different strength disciplines to create unique partner flows that are both powerful and fun.

It's not all about flips and tricks. Sometimes, it's just about the simple joy of floating and moving gracefully with the fabric, which feels like play.

In my classes, I provide hands-on assistance to help you safely deepen your stretches and perfect your form. Your safety and progress are my top priorities.

I believe in making fitness fun for everyone, including kids. Our kids' aerial sessions use games and creative movements to build strength and coordination in an engaging way.

Inversions are a core part of aerial yoga. Hanging upside down helps decompress the spine and, as you can see, allows for beautiful transitions into other poses.

Here is a glimpse into one of our group sessions focused on hip strengthening. You can see the supportive and energetic vibe of our Goregaon studio as everyone works at their own pace.

About Featured

Safety and confidence are my priorities here. Before we try any flips or drops, I ensure your hammock is perfectly rigged and the crash mats are set. You focus on the move and I handle the technical setup so you can just enjoy the weightlessness.

My Approach to Aerial Yoga

I believe strength and flexibility must go together. In my Goregaon studio, I don't just teach you how to hang; I teach you how to move, breathe, and find your own flow. Whether we are doing an advanced Suryanamskar or a simple stretch, the goal is always to feel good in your body.

Why Aerial Yoga?

The hammock acts as your partner. It supports your weight so we can access deep stretches in the hips and back that are hard to achieve on the floor. Hanging upside down in inversions also gives your spine a much-needed break from daily desk strain. I break down every sequence, from beginner-friendly foundations to intermediate tricks, into simple, manageable steps.

Classes at the Studio

We keep our batches small, with only 6-8 students per session. This ensures I can provide hands-on assistance and individual corrections during every class. My studio is equipped with professional ceiling-rigged hammocks, thick 4-6 inch crash mats for safety, and full-wall mirrors to check your form.

Can You Start?

Yes. I started my own fitness journey late, so I know that 'failing' is just part of the process. Whether you want to join for weight loss, partner yoga, or just to improve your mobility, you are welcome. We also run specialized programs for kids to develop their motor skills.

Drop by the studio to see the space, meet the group, or just ask about our upcoming batch schedules.
