About Aerial Yoga
Why I Love This Practice
Yoga for me is 'jeevan jeene ki kala' (the art of living). Aerial Yoga flips the usual mat routine on its head - literally. Hanging in a hammock, you get to play with gravity, see things from a new angle, and just let go for a bit. It’s not about nailing fancy poses, it’s about feeling light, free, and having fun.
What Happens in Class
You’ll use a soft hammock hanging from the ceiling. We mix yoga, dance, and a bit of acrobatics. Some days you’ll float, some days you’ll flip, and sometimes you’ll just chill and breathe. Beginners, don’t stress - I make sure you feel safe and supported. If you’re already into yoga, I’ll help you try advanced flows and dynamic moves that push your limits.
What You Get Out of It
- Spinal decompression yoga is a big one - hanging upside down helps your back and lengthens your spine.
- You’ll build core and muscle strength, but it’s gentle on your joints.
- The hammock lets you stretch deeper, opening up hips and shoulders for real flexibility.
- It’s a mood booster. Floating is just fun, and it helps with stress.
- You’ll learn to trust yourself and the hammock, which builds confidence.
How I Guide You
Safety is everything. I’m certified, and I keep a close eye on your form. I’ll adjust your posture, give hands-on help, and make sure you’re comfortable. You’ll get personal attention, whether you’re just starting or looking for a challenge.

My Story
We’re YogAngle. Started off just wanting yoga to feel less intimidating, more like home. Here, nobody cares if you can’t touch your toes – we care about how you feel getting there. People come in nervous, leave smiling. Some say our classes feel different, more welcoming than anywhere else. We take breaks, go on retreats, because balance matters. Yoga’s not a shortcut, it’s about steady change, inside and out. That’s our vibe.
